TALK, LC (Teaching Articulation and Language to Kids) was established in 2000 by Caroline Rice Harding.   Caroline graduated from Virginia Tech in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Child Family Development and in 1998 from the University of Virginia with a Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. 

TALK provides speech and language therapy to area Public School Systems and private schools. Over the past ten years, our staff has grown to nineteen therapists, serving greater central Virginia.  We pride ourselves on the fact that we provide women with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time in a flexible environment.  

One of our main strengths as a practice is our flexibility and hands-on approach.  Being a local, privately owned practice, our lifeblood is the relationships we have with the local communities, school systems, parents, teachers, and children.  The reasons we have been able to maintain these relationships are through excellent therapists, great customer service, communication, and a hands on approach to problem solving.
